Will call tracking hurt my local SEO?
Not when it’s set up correctly. Dynamic number insertion swaps numbers with JavaScript for website visitors while your real number stays in your site’s code and business listings, keeping your name/address/phone consistent.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Tracking numbers forward to your existing line — your main number doesn’t change. You can also port numbers in if you prefer.
Do I need a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your account.
How is usage billed?
Usage is prepaid, so there are no surprise bills. A usage balance is added at signup ($25 with the first-month offer, otherwise $50), and call minutes, tracking numbers, texts and add-ons like transcription are paid from it. When it runs low, we top it up from your card automatically, and any unused balance is refunded if you cancel. Your plan fee is billed separately. See Pricing for details.
