Inbound calls are estimated from your inbound minutes ÷ average call length. Texts are counted per 160-character segment.

Inbound minutes are split between local and toll-free numbers in proportion to how many of each you have; outbound minutes are calls placed from the browser softphone. Minutes round up per call. Add-ons (texting, caller ID, transcription, AI) are included only as set under Advanced. Doesn’t include carrier pass-through fees or taxes.

Texting, spam blocking, caller ID lookups, Ask AI and other add-ons are billed per use at the rates above (add-ons not listed, such as transcription, at the rates shown in your dashboard). Carrier pass-through fees are passed on at cost.
No contract. Cancel anytime from your account; service runs to the end of the billing period and final usage is billed. Released numbers may not be recoverable.
If a payment fails and isn’t resolved within 3 days, call tracking is paused until it is.
Prices and usage rates are subject to change. We'll email you at least 30 days before any increase takes effect (carrier pass-through fees may change sooner).
